Our Returns and Refunds Policies are under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind policy:
-You may return the item within 30-day for refund if you change your mind. Buyer pays for return postage.
-The item must be in "as new", unused condition for refund, we don't refund the freight charges.
Cancellation of the order:
-Customer will receive the full refund if the order is cancelled, or the stock is damaged when we pick up the order.
Refund policy for warranty:
-We may refund you if the item has quality problem within the warranty period and we can't repair and no stock for this item.
Return Procedures:
-You need to send the item back to us by the postage label we provided for refund if this is quality problem within the warranty period at our cost.
-You will get refunded within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
-Please contact us by below email and quote us the order number before you return the item to us.

Refund Policy:
-It may take 5-7 business days to process the refund after we receive the returned item.
-It may take longer for bank to process the refund after we completed the refund from our end.
-Please contact with us if you don't receive the refund after 14 days.
-All the refund will be refunded to the same account or credit card the customer paid from.
