Shipping Methods:
We use Australia Post to ship for our items less than 22 kgs.
We also use other shipping services such as DHL, Direct Freight to deliver large and heavy items.
Pickup is available for some items in our warehouse located in Sydney.

Shipping rates:
We use the API provided by Australia Post to calculate the shipping rate at checkout.
The shipping rate is calculated by the by weight and size and delivery address plus the packing cost.
Some items are free shipping as listed.

Please allow us up to 3 business days to dispatch your items.
Most of the items will be dispatched from the warehouses located in NSW.

Packing method:
We use bubble wraps to pack our fragile items to avoid any damages during the transit.
Oversized extra-large or heavy items:
You may need the pallet jack or forklift to unload the extra-large and heavy items.
Please let us know if you don't have these, we will arrange the self-unloading truck for you. Extra charge may apply.
Shipping during public holiday and weekend:
We don't open or ship items during public holiday or weekend.
